Toddler activities

Hello, I'm back again.

We have been keeping busy this summer checking things off our summer fun list. By the way - really hard to get a photo of the front of the fridge in our tiny kitchen.

Anyway - I have been trying to find lots of activities to keep Sprite busy. Most everything I think of seems to be better for an older kid so I did a bit of research this morning and found this
website with tons of ideas for toddlers. I haven't tried many of them yet, but I thought I would share. We do spend a lot of time playing with pom poms - moving them from one bowl to another, scooping them with big spoons, throwing them up in the air and then hunting all over the living room to find them. I only bring them out once in a while so they seem fun and new each time. Today I think we are going to try finger painting with pudding and possibly running through the sprinklers to clean up.

Here are a few photos of some of the things we have been up to lately...

Sprite made a new friend at the Downtown 3rd of July Block Party

Watching the full moon rise at the beach

Sushi and Stroll at the Morikami with the Binner Family

Hope you are having a great summer too.
